Refund Policy

We unfortunately do not offer refunds. However, we do understand that you may change your mind or the items you receive may not be suitable. Therefore, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit provided the following terms are met:

• Items need to be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.

• Items are returned new and in unused condition. Items received that do not meet our standards will be returned to the customer.

Shipping

Miekki Home ships to all states within Australia. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can track your order. You can expect your order to be received within 3-5 business days.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 

We are currently working on making worldwide shipping and express shipping available.
